Important Member Meeting

Hello Bon Vivant Island Club Members:
As many of you may know there was a meeting held by the Bon Vivant Island Club board members on January 11, 2025, whereby the future of the Club was discussed. Attached are the meeting minutes where the attendees present voted to dissolve the Club.
There are excess funds in the amount of $5,920.96 from the Club and a membership meeting will be held via Zoom on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 1pm to allow any member to participate in the meeting and determine by a majority vote of the members where the excess funds should be donated.
If you are unable to attend this meeting but would like to let the Club know where you feel the funds should be donated, please e-mail Laura Terry at [email protected] and your suggestions will be taken into consideration as well.
A check in the amount of $5,920.96 will be issued to the chosen recipient based on the majority vote of the membership.
